I’m from Panama, a small country in Central America, and I moved to Japan almost four years ago.

At first, I never imagined working in real estate. But after learning about this world, I realized it’s much more than just buying, renting, or investing. There are people and stories behind every property. Being able to help solve their housing problems makes this job challenging and interesting for me every day.

As I learn about each customer’s needs, I also learn more about Japan—the country I love, and that has given me the opportunity to grow. I get to know the history and character of different areas, and every customer I meet helps me support the next one better.

As a foreign resident myself, I understand how stressful contracts, guarantees, and moving can feel in Japan. I always try to make customers feel safe and confident working with us. I prioritize honesty and fair solutions, and I don’t like to give up when there is a problem to solve.

My mission at Amazing Realty is to make communication smooth between our customers and the experts—owners, management companies, and licensed agents—while finding the best options and solutions I can. I try to adapt to whatever is easiest for the customer, whether it’s the language, the pace, or the way we explain things.

I speak Spanish at a native level, English at a business level, and intermediate Japanese. I also have experience supporting Portuguese-speaking customers. I’m still learning every day, but I look forward to helping you—please feel free to contact me.
